Uncharted - Unlocking Crushing

Anyone know any methods to unlock Crushing mode without having to complete Hard again ?

I lost my save file before I had PSN+ and can't be bothered to complete it on hard again. I just want to complete it on crushing to get the final trophy unlocked.

You have to beat it on hard again, no other way. Which is a shame, because I found hard to be much harder than crushing.
