I am toying with getting one of these, a V8 ofcourse. However my only issue is that I know nothing about them!
Everything from reliability to diagnostic software !
So whats the run down on these V8s.
I imagine I am after a Sovereign as these are the higher spec ones? Obviously the usual FSH etc is a must.
Whats it like running these day to day for 15k a year?

I am looking at these in XJR flavour for my dad and have discovered one of the issues with them is corrosion. They seem to go in areas like the bottom of the rear window where salt and crap can collect and stay there. Apparently most have been sorted under warranty but not sure if it could be a recurring problem.
