Export routues from Endomondo to Garmin

Hi all, does any anyone know if it's possible to export routes from Endomondo to the Garmin format? I've used the app on my iPhone for a while, but have recenetly purchased a Garmin Edge 800 and would like to move some routes across.

Any advice gratefully received.
