Is AA Warranty the same as Car Protect Warranty?

When I purchased my Audi, I took out a 12 month AA Gold+ warranty. This is now coming to an end.
I've been sent a renewal from a company called Motorway Direct Plc, who are offering to renew with an "equivalent" policy called "Car Protect Prestige Cover".
I see both have the same registered address, and is seems both are managed by Motorway Direct Plc.
However, searching on-line gives much better experiences with AA cover than with Car Protect.
And I being sneakily 'switched' hoping I'll take out an inferior product at a similar price?
To be honest, I'm not sure any warranty is worth it, but that's another thread!
