Im after a web site that can tailor a diet my requirements whilst training,
I'm 6 3' 245lbs, train 3 to 4 times. A week and play football at least twice, want to reduce stomach fat and continue to build muscle size and strength. ..any advice on the best site to use , ?

I'm not really sure exactly what it is that you are after. Do you want a site that you punch in some data and out pops a diet for you? I don't think this would work, no doubt someone has tried anyway.

So the alternatives are that you find someone online who you give this data to, they spend the time putting together a diet for you. But why not find someone local?

Otherwise, are you after sites where you can read up on nutrition and learn how to do it yourself?

It will be VERY hard work to be in calorie deficit, thus drop BF, while at the same time increasing muscle mass - so pick what you want to do and eat for that. At 245 and not THAT tall, I'd say drop the weight first and put on muscle size later if you want (you may not even feel the need as you will LOOK bigger when ripped up)

yes

Whenever I get really lean, I always get comments about my increase in size when actually I've not grown at all (most likely shrunk a little).

Think I will consentrate on the calorie intake and steady the training.
