Your topic 'Aston Owners "VERY" Welcome at Preston Supercar Meet' has been removed for the following reason:
Thread removed as it breaks PH posting rules
Rules many others appear to be immune from.... I might one day become a member of the clique... ;-)
I have just re-read the rules and cannot see anything that bans me from inviting other Aston Owners along to a FREE, Non-Commercial, Non-Charitable event, that would brings me No Personal Gain.
Or is there some hidden rules within the whitespace?
The Mod who removed it, if you would be so kind as to point out to me the EXACT rule I broke.. I will be happy to explain myself.

How odd indeed? I wonder if it is because you were hosting one stage of the meeting at a dealers location and you mentioned their website - thus it was deemed advertising???? I think it was clear to people here however that you have no connection with them and it was just a venue.

Anyway the location was probably a little far for me to pop over from yorkshire on an ah-hoc meet, but if you do any a little futher towards the white rose boundary Im certainly interested.

AdamV12V, I will try to send you a message as there are details which might make it worthwhile for you, I will however keep these details off the forum.
I may have mentioned a dealer in my post, but as you rightly pointed out I do not work for them and it is merely a venue, I also did not post their website details.
As I pointed out in my post above.. the reasons for having a post removed are clearly outlined in the rules.. none of which I broke!
I think Jockman is correct, God Complex (whilst hidden behind a keyboard).
"" Reset Timer "" tick, tock, tick, tock... hehe

Either reply to the email you were sent (as I have done a couple of times when having threads deleted) or post in the 'website feedback' in the main section of general gassing. Mods live in there. After some late drop-outs for the factory tours, I posted a 'does anyone want to come to the AM factory?' question in GG. It was removed because PH got annoyed they hadn't been consulted about a 'PH' trip to the AM factory. I understand why my Sarah Maynard post was removed (and then reinstated) but that one made no sense. However, I was able to discuss it with them at least.
GTDB7, you are right, many members flout minor rules and do not get censored. C'est la vie.
