HELP - head stud order on spitfire

Hi guys, I'm dismantling my triumph spitfire IV and the workshop manual hasn't arrived and is scheduled for even Monday at the latest! so can anyone tell me the order to undo the head bolts/studs?

I'd undo it from the outside in, kind of 'spiral' as much as that's possible with two rows! LOL!

Half a turn at a time ....

Torque settings to put back on 42/46 lbs/ft (1147cc engine)

Undo from the outside going in (10-1) - put back together from the inside going out (1-10).
