He undertook me to get in front of me then braked hard to avoid the guy in front, in turn causing the guy in the middle lane to swerve, then he carried on undertaking in both the middle and nearside lanes too - braking heavily and unsettling other drivers - in driving rain and lots of standing water.

If that's acceptable - then fair enough - but IMHO he was driving like a complete and utter cock and I hope he crashes his stupid fking car and ends up in hospital - what he doesnt realise is the impact his skills have on other people.

I've seen this guy, doesn't worry me too much when I'm in the car, but he is a liability, on the bike however I steer well clear as he's the kind of driver that will kill a filtering biker ....

One of the nicer cars I've filtered past this week queuing on the A33 into Reading. I think it was twice this week but then its been queuing all the way out to the football stadium.

That's not the point. It isn't a 70mph lane. It's an overtaking lane. If you aren't overtaking, don't be in it. And holding someone up just because they are doing more than 70 is rediculous.
