With all the 911 articles going around lately, old and new - how about reviewing a competitor of old?
The Alpine A110 is also RWD, Ass-engined and weights a mere 600 kiloes. Have you ever driven one?
Would be interesting to see if you gelled with it the same way you have a weakness for old rally 911`s.
The more powerful iterations of this model came with 1.3-1.6 litre screamers pushing out 135-180 bhp. Should see it moving nicely along in a 600 kg car.
Its french, RWD, ass engined and developped in the alps. What not to like?
