So, I have a 705 which I'm now just using as a fancy computer (uploading to Strava) and not utalising the GPS mapping function.

Doing some reading up (can't remember where now) I was directed to the talkytoaster site where I've downloaded the British Isles maps onto a micro-SD card. The card is in the reader slot on the device but now I'm stuck.

What do I need to do next to upload and use the map on the device?

Also, if I download a GPX file how do I then load and follow it? When doing the C2C later in the year it would make sense to use my device rather than follow a set of written instructions.

TIA

Simond S

I think you'd have more luck in the pedal power section smile

I have a Garmin Oregon 300 and assuming it works the same, you go into the settings menu (or setup in my case) and then the Map option. I then have a Map Information menu item and I can select which map I want in there.
