How do i work out what brake pad wear sensor i have?

Is there an easy way to fathom out what type of brake pad wear sensor i may have without any dismantling? ( 07 cayman S )

Eurocarparts seem to suggest the following for my actual reg plate, which are vastly different cost wise :

Front
LH: 997 612 756 00
RH: 997 612 759 00

Rear
LH & RH: 986 612 365 00
