Local Builder Needed - Henley on Thames

My gutter down pipes are full of water and not draining away. Neighbour reckons soak away could be blocked. Its over flowing down my wall. I need builder to remove and investigate. Any recommendations please.

I had this - a blockage in the double 45° set between the run below the eaves & the down pipe.

Have you checked the the pipe is clear to ground level?

Thanks cant check down pipe it is one piece from roof to ground (3 stories) and concreted in at base, so not a 5 minute check.

Have you tried Thes Water? I had a blockage before and they came out unblocked it for free...
Aparently rules changed not that long ago so they now own all private sewers so if yours is blocked in the serew (highly possible) they will clear it for free. If its not in the sewer well they could unblock it for a fee I suppose.

Worst that can happen is to call them and play and tell them the situation. They came out within 6 hours for my issue on a Subday evening too....
