No could never quite manage it, you need to hit every possible boost and gain boosts from barrel rolls where possible (you can barrel roll all over the place there in the fastest classes but I'm not sure you can in Venom, I never really raced them other than when needed). You also want to take the high route on that last part of the track, then drop off of it to hit the booster on the lower route.
Been a while since I last tried it, I've got all Elite golds bar one since so I might be able to do it now. I'll have a go later and post if I find a way to do it.
edit: this is the quickest way I know to lap the track but it's still off the pace, there must be a better place to use your boost, but I'm not aware of it.
Complete a lap saving your boost, then fire it right before the line as you start your fast lap. In the first corner, make sure you hit the first boost, the inside one of the second pair, and the last boost. Then, move slightly over to the left side so you can hit all three boosts on the following straight.
Before the hump that's around the next corner, just where the track starts to curve to the right, fire your boost and barrel roll before you land. It might take some practice but you should be able to land right on the booster in the middle of the tight part of the track.
After hitting the next boost, straight line it over to the left side so you can hit both of the boosts on the inside. Then make your way up onto the high route. Right after you hit the final boost, drop down to the lower track, barrel rolling before you land and hit one of the final boost pair.
