It's a bit of a thing me & dad have done since I was a boy, check out the private plates for sale each week & have a craic about them, I still remember seeing PH'ers CRA 1G back when I was a boy & lusting after it ever since, but I digress....

Today's had a large (re expensive) ad for this:

& I haven't got a clue what they're after, any ideas???

Maybe it's a secret code for something else...

i.e, 'Place a strange advert in the Times when the money is ready for collection. Only then will I return the missing warheads' or something.

I may or may not have been reading too many LeCarre novels recently.readhehe

Must be eh? Maybe 3M are reusing some old technology & they're looking for some real life evidence of how it's stood up?

Or maybe these old plates were made with pure unobtainium?!
