I regularly fly into Murcia airport which is a Spanish air base and there are loads of these lined up there.

I googled Spainsh airforce display team and it came up with Casa C-101, I'm assuming it must be this aircraft but I can't say it looks like the ones on google images.

If it is the Casa C-101, which I've never heard of, then are they the equivalent of the Hawk?

This photo makes it look like the aircraft in your videos, note the very straight wing.

Just having a quick look confirms that it's the equivalent of a Hawk although with a lot less power.

CASA C-101 Aviojet advanced trainer and light attack a/c. Used by the Spanish Air Force (including the National Team, The Patrulla Aguila [Team Needle]).

Also used by Chile, Honduras and Jordan.

The Aviojet is not really the equivalent of the Hawk (although it has a similar training role), being far slower and (as Kieron says) less powerful (just over half the rated thrust of the Hawk). It is more the equivalent to the Italian Aeromacchi MB-339.
