Budget DVD home cinema type job

Looking for a sub £300 DVD home cinema type job.

I'm not massively up to date with all the spiel hence the budget, it doesn't need to be blowing the neighbours windows out, just a nice 5.1 job with a DVD thrown in.

I have a 51" 3d tv so would need an hd 3d player. I'm not sure whether all DVD players can play 3d films but just in case I thought I'd best mention it.

I'd also like to play the normal tv through the speakers if possible.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions as to what I should be looking for? I'm a bit of a newb with all this.

Will come back to this later, but you can't play 3D on a DVD player, you need a BluRay player for this. have a look at the specs of some of the all in one units to see if they now make them with BluRay players in them (within your budget) as I'm not that up with AIO units myself as I have separates.

Just had a quick look on line and I found a few all in one systems with BluRay players within your budget, but none that are 3D. Maybe have to increase the budget or buy a separate BluRay player as I believe that there are plenty of 3D models at or under £100 or so.
