Hi chaps,

wondering whether any of you could help, i currently have an 11" (no sniggering at the back) wok which is fantastic, other than the fact it's now a little small if i'm cooking for 3 or 4 meals at a time. i'm looking for one at least 40cm or so but i want it to be a decent, non-stick one and wondered whether there any any chefs on here who may have a good recommendation biggrin

thanks in advance chaps

Go to a Chinese supermarket and buy a decent sized carbon-steel wok. Then follow the steps in this video.

Hey presto, one non-stick wok. And not expensive.

Next time try Yau Brothers in Southampton (near St Marys Stadium)

Their small upstairs section had loads of round and flat bottomed woks of varying sizes, for decent prices last time I was there smile

(I'm not affiliated with the company!!)
