M-series rear brake cylinder
Discussion
Can anyone confirm the correct fitting order for the 2 clips holding the rear brake cylinder to the backing plate?
The photo I took when I dismantled it a year ago indicates that the medium plate (with the 2 lugs) goes on first with the lugs pointing away from the backing plate. Then the large plate goes on from the opposite direction followed by the small clip. The notes I took at the time indicate that the larger plate came off last. This makes sense, since it would be a better fit against the seal. However, the TR6 manual agrees with the photo.

If someone could point me in the right direction it could spare me a bit of trial and error.
Thanks,
GB
