should i accept trade price or sell private?

been offered £2,500 from a used car sales company, then £5,000 from another.. Car is 2004 with only 8,000 miles. FSH. smart roadster coupe. would i get a lot more if i sold privately. have to make decision asap. any advice appreciated!
