Photoshop experts - a challenge?

OH & I were discussing the torch runners just now and the fact that we don't know who'll do the last leg.
OH suggested the Queen and the image of her in a white tracksuit, handbag over one arm, had us in stitches.
So I wondered if any of you could compose an image of her or someone else (famous but unlikely) in that role?
