Following an earlier thread about Tattoo's, just wondered what people thought of them?

Being a much less permanent fixture than a tattoo, you can always take them out if you don't like them.

Have always thought belly button rings that a lot of girls have look great.

I have a few and they are dicreet, so only those that I have told know anything about them.

Just wondered what other people thought?

Not all that fussed really.

Looks disgusting when people go OTT though.

Yeah, completely agree, but I also think the same about tattoo's, can also get a bit OTT, but whatever floats you boat

Not got any myself but dont mind individual piercings on the whole.

Women with tongue studs, ding dong.

Men with tongue studs, a little odd.

But whatever floats your boat (or at the very least the small bald man in it) I suppose.

I used to have my belly button pierced... in my younger clubbing days. Had various UV plastic and metal stud things including a little pair of dice (used to work in a casino). I'm not gay or owt but used to wear short skinny t-shirts to clubs (danced a lot) and the ladies used to be impressed a bloke had had it done.

I've seen a friend's Prince Albert too, he whipped it out at a bus stop on the Seven Dials in Brighton. Quite impressed with that one, not sure if I'd let someone do one on me, tho! The only piercing I really can't agree with is the tongue, but it's your body, do with it what you will.

Bet your friend is a hit with the ladies, mine was a drunken dare and have never regretted it, hurts less than you might think.

Please, chaps... My friend with the PA was both a hit with the ladies and a bit of an outrageous nutter, hence him flashing me at a bus stop. I didn't ask him to, he just did!!!

It is possible for a bloke to grow up in Brighton, go to lots of clubs, dance a lot wearing some, shall we say, 'unusual' clothing and still be straight! I've been happily married for nearly eight years I'll have you know!

That being said... I did DJ in some extremely dodgy gay clubs but the pay was good and I may have dabbled (but not with said friend's PA...) sexually but je ne regret rien (or whatever, was never good at French )

wanty1974 - I was only joking - please don't take it literally. Guessing from the 1974, you got married at 19 - Good skills.

A while back, this link got sent around the office;

www.bmezine.com/news/people/A10101/addsub/

which is bad enough, but then go back to the root of the site and have a browse around.

WARNING - its VERY graphic and not for those with a weak constitution.

Each to their own, I say, but I have no idea what compells some people to go that far

If I had my belly button pierced it would be like watching a large balloon deflating as it flies across the room.

Have had an ear pierced twice, as the hole healed up the first time. The company where I worked said that it looked unprofessional.

At 50 now, I suppose that I'm too old to get anything else done.

whatever

Some fellow PAers !

And now to answer the usual questions......

Yes, you can still piss normally. No change.

Does it make you last longer ? No, but my parter arrives a lot quicker.

And nobody need know !

What I find similarly fascinating is why every (lots) girl with a belly/tummy insists on wearing an overly tight, too short vest top with their belly hanging over their trousers and a belly button pierced as if it were beautiful. It makes me want to

However - those with a rather firmer physique and a pierced tummy button gives me the complete horn

I have my ears and belly button done. I want my ears done more but it took ages for them to heal properly last time.

Hear hear! As if a belly buttom rings looks nice on a fat stomach bulge size 14 squeezed into a pair of size 10 £4 ASDA jeans!

You missed one.

Do you let the security staff pat you on the crown jewels when the metal detector goes off at the airport?
