With that mileage I'd say £27k would be a nice start point.

I'd agree with that.

But do you have a TD sump? That would seal £27k I'd have thought.

No TD Sump.

I was thinking £26k-£27k, judging by the prices on PH classified.

It's a bit odd in that it's a 3 but with the 3R mechanicals.

Thanks for your answers - I shall be popping it for sale very shortly. If anyone is interested then drop me an email.

"It's a bit odd in that it's a 3 but with the 3R mechanicals."

mine is the same - i wonder if the factory changed the gearboxes under warranty or they decided to try out the 6 speed on some of our cars
mine also has m400 suspension fitted and a few other things like the gauges etc

in my opinion the gto3 with a 6 speed box may be a better car than a 3r - its lighter 980 kg without all the soundproofing and extra interior bits and does not suffer with the misting of ther headlights

mine has TDS and 11k on the clock 400 bhp compomotive rims etc etc - I wouldn't let it got for under 28k

All that tells me is that you need to drive it more. You didn't get yours long after me. I had 13k on the clock when I brought it and now its 48K. lol

I've only dome 15k miles in 6 years - I'm as bad. That's the main reason for me wanting a change.

I know the previous owner of your car (a guy called Toby) and it was driving your car that made me realise I needed to get one! From memory it started life as standard then went back to noble to have all the extras fitted as you mention. The owner before that worked at or owned a racetrack somewhere and had only done about 2000 miles in it. Nice car that one!

I checked the V5 for mine and it just says "Noble". That's it. No M12, no 3, no 3R.

yes thats it Toby, nice guy was not too pleased to sell it. I spoke to him a while after it was sold and he was thinking maybe he should get another Noble

I do love these claimed weights lol... I think they are dry weights without air con, CD, LSD etc etc etc.

basically I trust the Noble claimed weights as much as I trust TVR power claims lol

The only way a 3 is 980kg is if you weighed it on your birthday and forgot to untie the 500 Happy Birthday helium balloons tied to the rear wing.
