Which Gaz's do I have and should I just tweek the front

Ok Firstly not sure which coil overs I have, I just know the N/S/F one squeaks like mad over bumps!
Anyway since doing the Cosworth brake upgrade Ive noticed the front end dips badly under braking, I assume I'm noticing it more due to the extra stopping power now. Since paying more attention to it I think it's rolling a bit in the bends too. Ive searched loads and found people saying set halfway at 10 clicks other saying 12 from soft. Mine have 30 clicks all together and are set at 14 from soft. Would you just keep upping a click or two at a time till it stops dipping as badly or should I adjust front and rear??? Any help appreciated.

Increase the front by 4-5 and see if that improves matters.

If the dipping stops and you feel it is rolling too much, increase by 4 all round, adjust evenly to suit!

Test on the same section of known road to compare.
