Cheap Camera

Hi, I am looking for a cheap camera that is around no more than £100, this can be second hand or brand new I really dont mind, I will be using the camera for my trips to London, Carspotting on the road and in the underground carparks where the light isnt any good. At the moment I use a HTC HD Desire and a Blackberry 9810 Torch for my pictures and some have came out very bad.
