Probably not, but just thought I would ask!

If not....keep my BM and buy an Exige until new Cayman comes along (edited to add, business/people going bust owing us money permitting!!!).

They had a Boxster S stock car at Porsche Mid Sussex last week Anthracite with Agate Grey leather, looked a really nice combination.

Not round here they aren't (Leeds), even demo cars are thin on the ground.

Portsmouth just opened last week and the sales manager reckons they have been given more stock to get going so well worth a phone call...

Been checking around south east opcs but don't seem to be many non ex-demos around. Saw there's basically a brand new one on classifieds but private

Nottingham OPC had a black 2.7 in last weekend in their showroom which was for sale apparently. I think they wanted around £43k for it.

Friend of mine recently took delivery of a 981S but is thinking of selling up to buy a 987 spyder instead. So it could be there is one more car in dealer stock soon!

Yes, may be out your way but;

Chester have a black with black interior , white with black interior. Also an aqua blue is on its way to the showroom.
Bolton have an aqua blue with black interior
Wilmslow have a white with black as well

All are around 53k

Not sure they are too thin on the ground. There are also 5 brand new ones on auto trader. All 60k tho!

Thank you, all! It has given me food for thought.... I would probably only want a lightly spec'd non 'S' with 20" alloys and a bright colour (love black but it won't show up the sexy new lines of the 981!).

Might give my chums at Colchester OPC a call to see what is about.

Many thanks for your replies!

Blimey, that's a bit of a backward step.

Does he not like the 981?

Guildford have a Basalt Black 981S Demo. Original order was dark blue as seen at Bournemouth launch, but saw this one and changed to Basalt Black. The motor looks great with black wheels and just look at that combination on the 3D configurator night/day/lights on or off, simply brilliant! But each to his own!!

Well it was in stock brand new and for sale not demo'd. are they going to demo it? Not sureI might have been tempted had it had 14 way seats and not just standard seats it had most other bits though. Was in the region of 57k.

stock cars tend to be highly specced, and not with the options you want ...
