Gear shift Problems

Hi,

I have a problem getting 1st or 2nd gear in my S2 elise. This only happens (or seems to happen) when the car is hot. Any ideas? Should i return it to the dealer for a check up?

My first thought would be to check the dreaded red clutch hose to see if it's been replaced - check earlier threads for details on this. Otherwise a trip to the dealer may be in order!

Red clutch hose was only a problem on the S1.
