Nice idea for the lights but a wasted opportunity as original facia shape is ugly and layout is still, if not more of a mess.
Yeah but anything that comes off that easily gets my vote

I know you didn't Rob.
Nicer option? Is there one that doesn't show any bolt/fastener I wonder?
Just thoughts but;Nicer option? Is there one that doesn't show any bolt/fastener I wonder?
1) Hard to find a way of a fastener from the front that you can't see, some form of cap might hide it?
2) Make a feature of it with really nice quality fasteners and layout then looks right which might not follow existing mounting points
3) latest idea is to mount very short pillars on the dash backing and use allen grub screws through the sides of the facia just to hold in place
I should confess that my daddysumo carbon version is held by double sided sticky pads at the moment which is OK from the front but shows a gap if you look from the side or down through the windscreen.

Bernie, thanks for posting one of my experiments!
Well I try to respond to all: this dashboard is just to add an instrument to avoid making any changes to the original parts. See 3 screws does not bother me to be thinking how stupid the original system of attachment (perhaps stolen from FIAT original idea? Hahahah).
This is basically the first version that I am updating the drawing and replace it with better when I will take this.
The lights can be seen quite well contrary to what I believed, then will verify in the everyday use.
