XR4x4 2.9 EFI Accelerator Cable

Anyone know where you can source a replacement accelerator cable for the 2.9 EFI version of the XR4x4 - for some reason none of the aftermarket suppliers seem to manufacture a 2.9 cable.

Have you tried Ford? I got one for my XR4x4 about 5 years ago. I didn't expect them to have one in either.
