Doesn't seem to be the bush, and I can't think what else could be the cause.

Is that evidence of the body ontop of the stud? Have you tried just jacking that side of the suspension up to see its movemement.

You could always loose some of the threads

The ARB itself is actually rubbing, however most of the damage is from the threads and the washer. I was going to trim it, but that seems to be addressing the symptoms rather than the underlying cause. It's got much worse during my brief ownership, I presume because I track the car.

Your body is very far forward.

Mine is so close to the front ARB mounting that it's a job to get the nuts onto the bolts through the mount.

It looks like someone has taped over a previous hole as well.

My first thought is, what's the other side like? Is the other end of the ARB in the same sort of position relative to the body?

Other side is rubbing but not worn through.

You mentioned tracking it - I only discovered my rear tyres were too wide for the car on one of many right hand bends at Cadwell Park.
