Some Dimensions - Impreza engine

Anyone able to help me here?

I'm looking for the length, width and height of an impreza engine. Manifolds etc not an issue.

Also the length of the 2WD box and distance from driveshaft centre to bellhousing face.

Hoping one of you has measured or would know where to find it.

Aye, ideas of a Mk1 based Lancia 037 h'omage. Need to see if it'll fit though.

That sounds most interesting Don't know any dimensions though sorry.

It's not quite true to the original but a flat 4 mid mounted with a supercharger and similar styling.

Stripped, no rear valance, breakfast on show etc. Could be a nice wee beasty for track and tarmac events.

If there isn't room for an EJ20 you could try the old EA82 Leone lump, won't make the same power but really light compact tough motor, popular for autogiros etc.
