Thread blocked by content filter

Any idea why the thread in N,P and E entitled "Home Office staff to strike on eve of Games" is being blocked by a work content filter?

The filter says website category: Vehicles.

It's the only thing on PH being blocked.

In the URL delete the word "games" manually it should work then.
