What's this on my dog's eye?

I know it's not the best photo but he's not the most willing model.

I noticed it a few days ago and I don't think it's got any bigger since, it doesn't seem to be sensitive at all and he hasn't rubbed it or anything. There's a slight lump and a pimple there. He's a Springer of about 10 years going on 12 months...

I'm not alarmed by it but I'd just like to know what it is. Any ideas?

Think maybe its just a skin tag,we humans get them on our eyelids.

Thanks for the replies. I'll try again to get a better photo but it's tricky and my camera doesn't take good macro shots.
