1800 s cylinder head.
Discussion
Has anyone got a spare alloy 'crossflow' cylinder head for the 1800s engine(MGB). Ive heard the MSX heads are not great, so any advice would be welcome.Or is it a waste for a road car, just stick with a gas flowed iron head? Thanks

I have both an original Derrington head and a brand new MSX, both with manifolds. All I can say about the MSX head is that almost all the FIA Granturas run them. Edited by THREEFISHORANGE on Thursday 19th July 22:25
A properly ported 5 port will cost a lot more than an MSX crossflow but it rather depends on what spec and how much grunt you want out for your road car
