Does the drip tray stop the water gettin in under the front clam under the windscreen. I resealed my floor last year and obviously missed a bit as wen left out in rain the water is sitting on the belly pan and seeping into the driver footwell.
I'm not sure how its getting through due to the amount of sikaflex used. But it is.

It often runs in around the drivers door seal and is hard to spot...

It's only in the final bit wear pedals are. Is not wet any wear else. Just the first compartment/chassis rail.

I have the same problem on the passengers side, but I think i have traced it to a split seal / grommet on the bulkhead as my floors have been re-sealed also.

Might be worth checking the gater on the bulkhead where the steering wheel connection comes through. Mine was not sealed all the way round and was one of the causes of a wet floor by the pedals.
