just the drivers side. however its not the hinges but it the actual door where it meets the front wing when closed. any ideas? i'v taken out all the stuff from the door pocket to lessen the weight and the stress but you can visibly see the metal flexing when the door is open. Also tried tightening the top mount however this has made no difference.

what metal is sagging?if the hinge is not adjusted correctly then the door can appear to drop when removed off of the lock pin (ie when opened).... basically the door isnt adjusted and is forced to 'fit' by the lock pin when its shut.
I spent about 30mins adjusting my drivers door last weekend to get mine aligned correctly.
I have the exact same problem, I commented on a post last week regarding it. The hinges themselves are not moving it is the flex in the plastic door itself which is causing it to sag. I thought about actually removing the door and strengthing the internals with fibreglass or a plastic weld / plate to allow the hinges to bolt through this and strengthen it. Mine is rubbing on the sill and if allowed to would hit the wing when fully opened, im paranoid about anyone throwing the door open for a nosey. I think if it was strenthened and you could adjust the hinge this would sort it.
