996 Starting Issue when hot

Hi all,

Having some issues starting my 996 GT3 when its hot. The Starter motor cranks the engine fine when cold and the car starts fine. If the engine is hot then sometimes the starter wont crank the engine at all. It is as though is gets stuck when hot...after a few turns of the key it will crank and then the engine starts fine.

I have had it looked at, and they couldn't find a problem. Does it sound like the starter is on its way out ?

I had the same, much harder to start once hot.
Check the lead to the starter solenoid, was my issue.
