Why all the questions?

Your forum topics are a bit like having a discussion with my three year old. Why is it raining? why? why? why?

But in answer to this question about 70mph!

So your 3 year old asks about speeding, hangovers, top speeds and pizza toppings?

You are literally the worst father in the world or have the brightest 3 year old!

Its not the topics you raise where the similarity comes, it is the continual questioning smile No offense intended, just an observation and it keeps the forum ticking over..... and I do find the responses good fun. So please don't stop

Must stop drinking this evening, otherwise I may have to contribute to the 'Do you drive whilst hungover?' thread.... smilesmilesmile

Mike

PS my 3 year old does encourage me to speed and asks 'Why is Daddys car faster than Mummys car?'. Maybe that could generate another thread for you, entitled 'Do you speed with your kids in the car?'

No it's not like that, sometimes I don't post for a few weeks, I'm just posting about stuff I'd been thinking about for a while.

My just-three year old has asked me in the past week or so:

Is bacteria an element?
Does Neptune have a moon?
What is that badge?
Is infinity the biggest number in the world?
Where's Bob [the Builder]'s rock?
Are there elements called Maureen and Leon?
What gear are we in now?

(no, it has 13, it was a Ssang Yong, yes, god knows, no - you're thinking of Flourine and Neon, it depends on when she asks)

Never underestimate the questioning of a three year old. It's relentless.

70mph, for the record. I've not been out of the country this year smile

My XjR read the same flat out, they all seem to be innacurate to the same degree.

did hear a rumour that the limiter on the XjR is via a signal to the ecu when the car hits 145 in Drive. Aparently if its left in 4th up to 146mph then into 5th it bypasses the instruction and allows a top speed of 174!!! havent tried this as i..............bottled it really. be interested if anyone has done this though!!

back to the question, probably about 140 this year
