Why get the train? Ride both ways, it's only 80 miles.

From central London to surbiton is around 14/15, it's not 25 mi to your place from here is it?

But the route above is about right. Personally I'd go and spend my time cycling round the Surrey hills, London isn't an enjoyable place to ride a bike.

I would personally go for a ride in a place with less traffic lights and Addison Lee drivers
