Has anyone heard of sagging springs ? ive just come back from a euro road trip and two of my springs have lost a fair bit of their tension. The car was 10mm lower one side and to get the car back level again the spring platforms have to be hugely different one side to the other. This is quality/expensive adjustable suspension from a very well known brand and the whole kit has only done about 4000 miles since I bought it new so I am shocked to say the least, not to mention gutted at the prospect of paying out for yet another geo+corner weight+install.

you say it's good quality gear , I would be onto the supplier /manufacturer big style .Springs are or should be made to a spec and only if that spec has not been reached will they fail , have the correct spec been fitted ? ring some numbers is your path to take

don't worry, I am !

I want the cost of the geo/corner weights refunded as well and really the labour to refit new springs.

I fitted a Koni suspension kit (dampers and springs) to my old Civic VTi, and even though it was supposed to be only a 25mm drop it was more like 35-40mm immediately after fitting, and within a couple of months they had sagged enough that the car was pretty much on it's bump stops and virtually undriveable.
