I know the dealer quite well - honest and decent people. They sell the top-of-the market cars at top-of-the-market prices.

I so much want this - even despite the horrid grey leather. IN green they are a bit rare. Had one before so know what I'm doing.

Even from the lo res photos the green carpet seems to be crap. I'd want to have a poke about on something like that before putting any money into it.

I think the green looks very period and regal, just buy it.
I look at these all the time but havn't got the bottle to commit .

He has a nice selection of stock there, and £17k is high money for a 73 Silver Shadow, but his brief description coming from such a dealer seems good.

Go for it. Nice subtle colour too.

If in good shape (= full hydraulics service, re-sealed engine etc) that is what they cost. The sub-10k bangers are much more expensive on the long run....
