What wireless headphones for tv watching? Budget £70
Discussion
Quick simple question: I want some wireless headphones predominantly for watching films and telly after the children have gone to bed, so I don't wake them up with noise.
I'll plug them into my 5.1 amp, so I can use them not just for films and telly, but also for digital radio through my satellite receiver. So they haven't got to be absolutely awesome for music reproduction, but decent enough to keep dialogue clear in films and give solid bass too. And not Bluetooth, because my amp hasn't got Bluetooth.
I don't know if there is such a thing as surround sound in headphones, or a pseudo-surround effect at least - but if there is and it doesn't blow them clean out of budget, that would be cool too.
Any suggestions or recommendations? Other than "increase your budget!", because I won't.
I confess I'm no audiophile, and I haven't got a massive library of uncompressed digital audio to listen to. I just want to be able to hear my final girl screaming clearly over the noise of the chainsaws.
Thanks.
eta: I have found these Panasonics and these Sonys. Any cop?
