Profile pictures.....

I've tried now a numbe rof times to change the picture on my profile and its not working, clicking update you are told to wait 15 minutes or so for it to happen, i think its been over 15 months since i first tried to do this and have done several times since!

whats going on? why can't i change my picture. as much as i like the picture i have of the old Fiesta i want to put the Civic up now!!
