Oil and water levels?

Interested to hear what sort of oil / water usage people have on Mk1 MX5s.

I had to top up a litre over 2000 miles of driving, about half of which was fairly hard driving in the Highlands and also a track day.

What oil pressure do people get - mine is at 60 when you first start up and settles at just under 30 once warm, is that normal?

Also does anyone ever lose a bit of water?

Mine (mk1) does use a little oil, not enough to be concerned about. But does not use a drop of water.

Mine uses getting on for 1 litre of oil per track day.
