Hastings takes back Pirate Day,,,

As a day out today, we put on some pirate costumes and headed off to the beach in Hastings for the attempt on claiming back the Guinness record.
Last year Penzance took the honours from Hastings - who held it with around 6 thousand - with 8700 in 2011.
Today the count was..... 14,231 .... smashed it I'd say!
Silly, I know, but a fantastic day and capped off with the Red Arrows (which I saw from home as we have a poorly doggie!)
Great fun day out.
