2005 XKRS Upgrade or Swap

Evening all,
I have a 2005 Jaaaag XKR-S 4.2 litre, last run special of the old shape. Immaculate, 40,000 miles full service etc etc. I was wondering about either upgrading a few bits and pieces like going for a Larini exhaust and the 20" Sepang alloys refurbished plus a detail or chopping it in for something newer with a bit of speed. Say about £30K. Clearly the Jag isn't worth £30K but it is owned and paid for.
Keep or swap? And if swap any bright ideas what for?
