Weybridge 0530 today

I was up early this morning to get into the city nice and early on the bike but I'm glad.
For about 10 minutes some imbecile was raking the tits off a car/bike either in the same place or around Weybridge/Oatlands area, it was fairly distant but really loud.
Did anyone else hear it? I don't stay in that area super often but I think if someone is making a habit of that he might find a bunch of rather upset locals are round dismantling his steed.
Hardly a way to avoid over nannying regulation and hatred of motorised transportation.

Yea, it was some nutcase in a vw bora with no exhaust and no front tyre ragging the t
ts off it driving around in 1st on the limiter, he must have gone up my road in walton about 5 times, think the old bill got him in the end, they had 2 vans and an unmarked mondaeo cruising up and down the area, guessing the driver was either pd or stoned.
