996TT Clutch replacement time
Discussion
Sorry, can't answer you but wanted to ask - are you doing this because you think it's due to be changed or has it gone/is it going?
My Turbo has just gone over 50k which I believe is the generally used mileage marker for changing the clutch. Have no issues with it but as it's hydraulic are there any signs it's going?
Sorry for the hi-jack

Thanks for the information.
I have just had a remap to about 500hp and the clutch was slipping on hard acceleration
On removal the plate was just about on the rivets so would have needed replacement soon
I have fitted a very expensive Sachs race clutch which looked like the only option.
