Speedos on back order ???

Just phoned a couple of garages who say speedo sensors are on back order and have been for a couple of months and have no idea when new ones may land - anyone know of anywhere with and stocks or potential alternatives (it was the not usual problem of its started only working above 15 mph ,,,,then 40 mph......then 70 mph....then stopped)
