Over priced cars in the classifieds

I have just come across this odd looking beast.

Firstly I find it strange that you would convert a P38 like that, but each to their own.
But who is going to pay £9000 for it! Base car is only worth about £3000.. I dont think the conversion quite makes it worth that much more, thats probably just what it cost to build and he expects that much back.
Any other over priced cars you have come across in the classifieds?

a) some mug might by chance come along and pay it
b) you'll get an offer way below what you've listed it at, but still way more than what it's really worth. Something that wouldn't happen if you priced it too low to begin with
Also there's the fact that maybe they are being told to sell it (but don't want too). So have deliberately over priced it in the hope that it doesn't sell.
