Birmingham to Nefyn

Leaving Birmingham at 1:00pm on Friday, which route would you take?

I confess , despite my welshness, i did not know of Nefyn (Lleyn Peninsula for those in same boat as me)

Anyway - Brum >> Bridgenorth >> Shrewsbury >> (left for Welshpool) >> right at FORD >> Alberbury (by Loton Park) >> Four Crosses
Straight over roundabout >> LLansantffraid >> Llanfechain >> Llanfyllin >> B4391 >> Llangynog >> Bala
>> A4212 >> west of Llyn Celyn take right on to B4391 >> Ffestiniog >> Porthmadog >> Criccieth >> along A497 to B4354 and turn RIGHT >> tan y graig (small place) at junction with A497 - RIGHT >> Nefyn

You could do Lake Vyrnwy after Llanfyllin and over to Bala that way but depends how much time you have

I think your right about missing the M6 & M54!
